Location Location! Amazing location, easy to get around with Paddington Station just outside your door.
Location beats any other shortcomings. Over all good stay. Staff is amazing and polite and always there to support. Breakfast is ok.

I’ve been a regular since 2005! For me I care alot about the location and the facilities as well as the service and all of which is perfect at the Hilton paddington!

Check in , well how would you describe it: checked in, got the key, went to the room (quite a trek) opened the door - and a guy was sitting at the desk. The room wasnt vacant! very apologetic back at reception - once they queried if I had gone to the right room!
